Public Charitable Fund "Hallelujah" was found and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek on March 9, 2000. Registration certificate # 1222-33-01-ОФ, code ОКПО 22398782.

    From the very beginning of the Fund operation the team of volunteers conducted a social survey and revealed that the most vulnerable people are old people and children. At that time there existed the state old people's homes and children's homes and private children's homes and orphanages started to appear. Thus, the pensioners who lived in old people's homes and children who lost their guardians and lived in streets were provided care.

    The Fund focused on social orphans. These are the children who do not have parents and are in the charge of their grandparents, also the children who have only one parent and indigent children at the age from 6 to 16 years old. The Fund is also focused on indigent pensioners.

    The first portent of the volunteers' efforts were the contracts with private cafes, which undertook obligations to provide with charitable lunches at their expanse for 30 pensioners and 10 children.

    Inspired by the results the volunteers attracted attention of the citizens and conducted several actions like "Christmas" - the New Year celebration, "The Day of Joy" celebrating the day of children protection. Now the Fund's tradition is to celebrate these days yearly.

    PCF "Hallelujah" expresses its thanks to everybody who took part and continue to participate in the activities of the Fund and hopes that there will be many people who want to do what they can to help.

    1. A person is the value and wealth of a country that is why we accept one as the main and primary resource for his/her self-development and for the development of the country.

    2. We are led by the desire to help a person to have a trust in himself/herself and thus, we promote the restoration of his/her dignity and honor.

    3. Mercy and compassion are the leading principles in the work with the children and old people.

    We want to see the smiling faces of children and old people, who will be self-confident, independent, active, demanded citizens of Kyrgyzstan.

    Fund "Halliluah" is a Kyrgyzstan organization, that works in community development with children and old people giving service such as social assistance, assistance in profitable activity and education for personal development, it s flexibility in adaptation for changing conditions.

    The orphans at the age from 6 to 17 being in the charge of their grandparents and their guardians are indigent pensioners. Also the target group is the children from the poor families at the age from 6 to 16.
